Hello! I’m Natasha.
I want to acknowledge that you are here, reading this “about me” blurb, which probably means that you have taken the first step in your therapy journey: finding a therapist you resonate with. Realizing that you are ready to start therapy is a big deal, and I am proud of you! I hope my page has given you a sense of who I am already, but here is a bit more:
I am a Denver-based marriage and family therapist candidate (MFTC). I love working with families, couples, and individuals from a systemic perspective.
I am passionate about helping you heal your relationships – including the one you have with yourself. I absolutely love sitting with people, hearing and validating their struggles, helping uncover patterns, and facilitating connection.
As your therapist, I create a safe container for you to explore your inner world and relationships, away from the many stresses and pulls of everyday life. I lift up a mirror to you so that you can get to know parts of yourself in a non-judgmental way. I challenge you in ways that others in your life won’t, and I help you get to the heart of the matter. I will compassionately support you and help you unravel the shame that you carry, so that you can forge a truer, more authentic path.
When I’m not in therapy-mode, I love to cook, bake, watch The Great British Baking Show, take long walks with friends, soak in hot springs, and spend quality time with loved ones.
I look forward to getting to know you!
